Room we booked the floor was dirty and the bathroom floor was dirty. stained shutters and the entire front desk was rude. Was asked to clean room and when we got back from our outings room was still dirty. Microwave didn’t work. The fridge had a bad smell omg and not to mention the room was even smelly the first night we arrived not a great experience

It's a 10min walk to Graceland and a qick cab fare from the Greyhound Bus depot. The hotel offers free shuttle service to Graceland and the airport, if required. This is a fabulous service, and sincerely appreciated The room is clean and quite nice. The bed is a king, and comfortable, so are the pillows.

The room was very clean and quiet and the staff was great! I got an upgrade after a small snafu with my originally booked room and I was very happy with it. The breakfast was awesome! I rarely see turkey sausage on a hotel breakfast buffet.

Property is being updated but looks like in some areas the construction is being completed so fast they are not paying attention to details. Coukd do a better job. The breakfast is eggs, sausage and buicuits with a wide selection of pastries.

Hotel is currently being renovated (some floors). Noisy. Lots of renovation debris outside. Elevators were dirty. Toilet in bathroom did not flush well. Room had a foul odor.

The hotel was under construction, the toilet broke in our room and flooded the bathroom, a construction worker came in to our room in the middle of the night and had a universal key to enter every room in the hotel, the electricity went out in the entire building for several hours, and was completely dark. They had Halloween decorations in massive amounts all over the main lobby that was inappropriate and embarrassing. The elevator had a button that was sticking out with a spring behind it (code violation)!
