Need an upgrade.

It was a one night stay at the last minute. The price was ok. The Hotel was clean. The bed was soft. I love the space. The staff was nice. The furniture is in bad condition and is in needs of updated bad. The sofa and chairs were awfully stained. You would not want to set on them. The chairs at the table, the leather, was all peel off. Make sure you park close to the side where your room is at. Very long walk if you don’t.

Our room wasn’t available. They gave us 2 rooms far away from each other. We had to split up & didn’t really feel safe. The elevator didn’t work so we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs. The bed sheets were dirty.

The kitchette was very nice with a full sized fridge, stovetop and a dishwasher! The shower was very nice with perfect water pressure. Everything was comfortable and clean. Our stay was very pleasant and we enjoyed the complimentary water!

The receptionist was nice. The refrigerator in our suite didnt work, she offered a downgraded room that was a handicap accessible studio. No discount or compensation offered nor did she try to reach out to make it right. Being that it waa overnight we settled. Furniture was extremely worn and the halls had a weird smell. Bed was comfortable though
