Good stay, hotel was well situated and in good condition. Only issue with being able to watch TV. Tried everything but could not get full picture. Called desk for advice. They were not able to help.

Hotel Maintenance Issues

We had to change rooms because there was no hot water. The replacement room did not lock and the a/c did not work properly. In addition, there was water seeping through the floor in the room.

Our stay at Hotel Indigio was short but great. It’s in a great location (only a 10min walk to Beale St) and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was a great vibe, lots of communal areas to chill out with some wine/beer tasting and DJs one night we were there 👌 The restaurant and underground Speakeasy next door is amazing, a must-visit!

We had a nice stay at Hotel Indigo in Memphis. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. However, since we were traveling with a dog, I was a little disappointed with the lack of green space around the property as I had to walk a few blocks to find a park so that my dog could relieve itself. This was a little inconvenient especially late at night. Therefore, I wouldn't mind staying here again but not if I am traveling with my dog, even though they are a dog friendly hotel.

Great place to stay

Was in town for my son’s college graduation. I am a single woman and felt very safe staying here. Everyone at the front desk was amazing and welcoming!! When I come back to Memphis, I will stay here!! There’s also a restaurant Biscuits and Jam that is right next door!! Highly recommend
