Hotel Indigo had such a great vibe. The rooms were a great size. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and made check in a breeze. We wish we could have stayed longer. Such a wonderful stay!

It's a clean, stylish, and inexpensive place to stay. The people are nice. Although the bed looks soft, it must be very firm because both mornings I woke up really stiff.

When we return to Memphis we will stay here again!

Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet. Excellent breakfast. We were in Memphis for a limited stay, and this hotel was in walking distance of the places we wanted to visit.

The hotel is shabby but relatively clean. The pool area needs to be refreshed. The onsite restaurant was expensive and mediocre. The staff didn't have easy and quick recommendations for dining. The area is slightly rundown

Clean but no pool available

The swimming pool was reserved for a private party. This kind of situation is absolutely unacceptable because we’ve paid for this room thinking there would be a swimming pool available.
