Hotel was very clean... both the lobby and the room. Staff were very friendly and offered nice eatery suggestions. Easy walk to several areas attractions. The paid parking garage is adjacent to the hotel, but there isn't an inside connection, so you do have to walk outside a short distance.

Excellent hotel and friendly staff. Hotel is in a quiet part of downtown Memphis and has an easy public parking garage next door (for a fee).
