The bed was super comfortable. I didn’t like having to walk to the lobby if I needed something . The phone did not work to call the front desk .

Average Quality Hotel
In for a concert and one night stay. The Centric is just an average quality hotel. Would stay there again but I do not believe it brought any additional value over other lodging options closer to the venue IFedEx Forum). If closer options were not available then I would stay here again.

The gentlemen in the rooftop bar area seemed frustrated about being there. And skipped over me and my girlfriend to serve others. One of them with an “E” necklace was telling the guy that he had enough and had to be back at 8:30 am. We were told by them that they did not have Tito’s vodka, only to find out by a different server that there was Tito’s but the guys didn’t want to go to the back to get it. We ended up getting Yana who was amazing and made sure we were taken care of for the rest of the night. Also, I took a picture of a moldy orange that was being served to patrons in their drinks. It’s just not what you would expect from a high quality hotel. We probably would not stay here again.
This was my second time staying here and again I was thrilled with my visit! The cafe downstairs served yummy coffee, and the room was clean and spacious. We were walking distance from Beale Street and the FedEx Forum (which was our reason for our trip) and staff was helpful. Zero complaints!
We had an incredible visit! Great location. Extremely friendly staff. Only thing I could say needs improvement would be the pillows. They look fluffy, but compact to about a half inch thick. And you can’t get anyone on the phone. We had to go down to the front desk for assistance. But that wasn’t too bad. Overall, great hotel and will book here again.

There was a large streak of blood down the wall in our room. Also, even though we could set the ac unit - it never got cold! We all were hot through the night.
I went to visit my children for The Thanksgiving holiday. I was awaken to a yelping dog and had to change rooms. The room they change me too was quiet at first, until the lady with the noisy shoes above danced all night. I expected more for the price and brand.
