The front desk staff were above excellent. Some of the issues I had were I was there for 6 days and not until the 5th day did they offer to clean room. I had to ask for toilet paper and towels as I ran out. They state they have a kitchenette but there is no microwave. Also at the breakfast they would not have items out and would have to ask for them. No silverware, no napkins, no syrup, no cups for juice. Appeared no one watching over to refill. This hotel is also a distance from being able to walk to any other places so must Uber or Taxi everywhere. No convenient.

It was a pleasant stay with friendly staff. It's fairly clean and they put out a nice breakfast daily. My only real issue was the room type that I booked as it's false advertising. I booked the "High Floor" room, but this hotel only has four floors. Save your money and just request a third or fourth floor room when making your reservation.
