Good for a quick stay
For an inexpensive hotel it was ok. Don’t expect many @ extras”. Very basic breakfast. Laundry area was just one washer and dryer( no folding table), and could use a good cleaning. Furniture in the room was ok- but nothing super comfy. Not much in immediate area- 15 minute drive to stores or restaurants.

Double beds are full beds, not queen. Breakfast was good. Area seemed sketchy. Staff was courteous and efficient. There is security on premise and gated parking due to break ins per signage at front desk.

The staff was friendly. Breakfast was convenient. I loved our big room for the price. Main problem was the smoking allowed throughout the hotel. Some tobacco but mainly Mary Jane. Not judging, just not a great experience for my 10 yr old traveling with us being constantly exposed. All in the halls lobby and elevator. Even woken up during the night from the smell seeping into our room. Not everyone enjoys recreational drug use.

Ok for one night, but there were issues. The carpet was worn and actually had holes, the remote needed batteries, the shampoo & conditioner bottles in the shower were empty, the sink did not drain, and the blow dryer did not work. Also, the exit side of the security gate would not open for our truck because, we were told, the truck was too high for the sensor. This made for very inconvenient exits.. The breakfast was good and the room, dining area and lobby were very clean. I would categorize this as hotel as adequate, but would chose another hotel over this one if I ever spend another night in Memphis.
