They need to improve the breakfast and the staff in that area, the person in charge of this area was on the cell phone instead of serving customers in the breakfast room. Also the luggage cart was not in the lobby, we had to go up and down repeatedly. They lack good customer service.

Well wen I check in it was good and fast but wen I got to my floor you can smell someone was smoking synthetic marijuana, cause it’s stunk so bad it even got into my room and stunk and the next day check out supposed to be 11 but the lazy ass room service come peeking in my door not not even knocking at 9:30 hours in the shower oh when you check out I said 11

It was decent. The shades do not draw all the way, so light flows in throughout the night, making it a bit tough to sleep. Bring your own water or be prepared to pay for filtered water. Not springwater, filtered water. Craziness!

Staff were pleasant. Overall, stay was good. The only thing I wish to point out was the restroom in the 1st floor/receiving area. One toilet there was with $hit like a scatterred one. It was so disgusting. As I opened the door, it was so smelly but my son just went through. Then, I noticed he slowly moved back, like he looked frightened and as I looked, that was what I saw. We checked out already at that time. I would like to inform the desk staff but there were 2 customers waiting. I wondered if they smelled it, at the time that I opened the door since it was just really close to them and it was really a horrible smell. Hoefully, they did and cleaned it. We just went to a gas station.

Security gate for parking area was not working. Rear door to hotel from parking was not locked to outsiders. Noise from adjacent restaurant was rowdy and loud. Booming bass from over-amplified car stereos wouldn’t let us sleep till late hrs on a Saturday night.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at La Quinta, and the hotel staff were amazing! However, I wanted to share some feedback regarding our experience. While the hotel itself was great, we didn’t feel entirely safe in the surrounding area. Thank you for your attention to this feedback, and we appreciate the wonderful service provided by your team.
