The gentleman at the front desk Saturday evening (1/4), started with a C, was amazing. So kind, helpful, understanding, accommodating. Please give him recognition. Little concerned when pulled up with the police car in the parking lot, but hotel was quiet, no issues. Could not hear any activity outside at night. Close to restaurants.

Our stay here was good. Downfalls for me were that every lampshade in the room was broken in some way and the luggage was broken as well. I understand that these things don’t matter in the overall stay, but at $170 for the night, you would these minor things could be fixed promptly.

Good experience great location with in walking distance of Beale Street and lots of great restaurants.Also FedEx Forum is about a 10 minute walk overall great experience nice little breakfast to get you through your day.

The staff was nice from the first moment we walked in. It was very clean. It was comfortable. I love the all day coffee service the morning. Breakfast was good. Everything was clean well stocked. The hotel itself is great! Very clean, and a wonderful staff! The hotel is near two hospitals, so emergency vehicle sirens are frequent at night. Motorcycle traffic is high too. I would stay here again, but for a shorter length of time.

Strong and bad smell, dirty bathroom with black hair on the floor and in the bathtub, wifi didn't work at all, poor breakfast, sausages were floating in oil and scrambled eggs were watery, otherwise you didn't have much choice, the air conditioning was noisy and the mattresses were uncomfortable. I don't recommend this hotel and we will never return.

I can’t think of one negative thing to say about this place. The staff was wonderful. Despite being clean, there was always someone cleaning. Front desk people were fantastic and the breakfast was great. Easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommend staying here. Close to downtown. Had a wonderful stay.
