This property, which included free parking and free breakfast, was an excellent value. The only downside during our stay was too much noise from union Boulevard. Otherwise, we had a five star experience.

Location is good, hotel is meh

This is a decent hotel located in Downtown Memphis. The thing I didn't like about the room is it is super dark. The lamps don't do enough to light the entire room. Also, the bed was too high for me, so beware if you are short. Oh, the pillowcase and the spread were not clean. There were marks on them. Thankfully, I travel with sheets, etc. The check-in was fine. The breakfast leaves much to be desired.

Upon arrival, the ladies at the front desk were exceptional! They were booked up and slammed with calls due to a home grizzlies game! Our room was not ready when we arrived, but they worked quickly to get us a room! Jill was at the front offering assistance and helping to engage customers as the other two ladies worked diligently to get all the problems solved!
