Experience on this trip was very pleasant. Very friendly staff on deck!! Everyone went above and beyond to address any minor issue that may arose. Would definitely stay again if back in the area.

Well, there is no front desk. Just a dude in the loby with a laptop. When we showed up the front entrance was blocked by cops arresting a black lady who was acting ridiculously. Are toilet leaked from the bottom, but there was no one to complain to or fix it. There was a huge mess on the chair of cookies and penutbutter and brown streaks on the comforter. The bed killed are backs. Lucky we only slept there 2 nights so we just dealt with it.

Entering room using QR code was not a simple process. Could not get room to open. Had to ask another guest for help. Hotel has lost power now in the middle of the night, power shut off and on approximately 5 times now. It’s 1 AM now, and we have not had power for almost 30min. Needless to say, we aren’t enjoying our stay.

The check in process was impossible. Thank goodness there was someone there to help. One of the machines was broken and could not print a key. When we got our key and tried to get in our room the key did not work and entering the code didn’t work either. We had to get them to come up and let us into the room. Once we were in, the TV didn’t work and they sent a technician who spoke no English to fix it. He had to leave to get something and we told them not to bother as it was getting late and we were tired. The next morning we went for breakfast and when we came back up to the room the key did not work again and I was told to go up to the room and someone would meet me there to let me in. After waiting 10 minutes nobody came so I went down to the lobby and the lady on duty came up with me and let me in. This whole experience was very disappointing and I won’t be staying at the Vitality Gotel again

Oh how shocked I was! As a former Memphis native, I tend to stay midtown/downtown areas. I was in town with a cancelled flight for a very short overnight and booked this room, last minute, just to get some sleep before a very early morning. Wasn’t expecting much with the $100 price tag! MAN was I surprised. The hotel is just beautiful. I’ve stayed in $500 a night rooms that weren’t as nice as this. The staff went absolutely above and beyond at check in and made it one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in recent years. Don’t sleep on this Memphis gem! I know I will be back

Top Tier!!

This property was so welcoming it’s crazy. In the middle of Memphis! I am born here and occasionally I come home and this is one of the best hotels even better than those out wolfchase costing and arm and a leg. The cost is reasonable and the food on goodness! The front desk supervisor Alicia I believe her name is she was spectacular. I felt sick and she brought me something to cost my stomach and checked on me after. Amazing people and friendly. The pool was clean and their spa WORKED. Anytime I come home to Memphis I’ll book Vitality hotel, for sure.

The hotel was very clean and all the people working there for friendly and very nice. Excellent food in their restaurant and was close to several fast food restaurants.

Staff is extremely accommodating. I would stay again for just that reason. The pool closed early and the pictures online look way better than they actually look. One thing I didn’t like is that anyone could just walk in and go to the elevators without anyone knowing. There was only 1 person checking people in. They are in the process of having a grand opening. They did a huge renovation. They just need to get through the kinks.
