I've been to this property on several occasions, and they never cease to amazement.How hospitable they are and how nice the rooms are. Cold rooms and hot water for showers.

Hotel has the wow factor upon entering. Otherwise, lots of chipping paint, banged up elevators. Room large but felt unclean as did breakfast room. Sat outside to dine and plastic silverware sat in same place following morning. Staff nice enough but wouldn’t stay again.

Great hotel to stay

Great hotel. Very clean and comfortable. You do most everything via your phone or computer but they do have a kiosk in lobby to check in if needed and there was friendly staff present.

2 of the 3 elevators were not working. The second night we were there the A/C quit working. The restaurant was Italian and very limited. The staff was nice and the hotel was clean but very basic and nothing stood out tto make us want to come back.

Disappointed in check-in. Apparently this is a “virtual hotel” and when I tried to just do a regular check in with the only human I could (eventually) find, she condescendingly, walked me through a self check in on a kiosk. The property is trying to be a four-star hotel that’s old and neglected. I wish I would’ve done deeper into the reviews before staying here thank God it’s just for one night- a stop over.

Needs a few improvements for the price.

There was only one elevator working and it took a long time. It made squeaking noises and was too crowded. I didn’t like the smell in the lobby it smelled old and like mothballs.

Horrible experience

Very bad experience. Non stop reminders for days to check in online, even after updating the receptionist that I will be checking in on arrival. Weird smell outside the entrance. No help from the receptionist for checking in, everything is self service, while the hotel staff just stands there and does nothing. Worn out furniture. Broken toilet seat. Bad breakfast experience, super small plates were provided to have breakfast, with water from dish washer still in them. They didn’t even care to dry them.

The hotel itself was alright. But the first room we had was as adjoining room and the adjoining door wouldn’t Lock so we didn’t feel comfortable staying there. Had to wait a half an hour or so to get assigned a new room. The staff was friendly and gave us good recommendations for dinner. The surrounding area seemed very rundown.

Nice staff, GREAT SECURITY, LIKED DIDN'T LIKE credit card only at the bar ,dinner food was terribly,,groups of young people , hotel shared by large family gathering, kids screaming, NO HEATED POOL AS STATED. One damn elevator with 12 floors. Carpet in the rooms where you allowed pets. I was there for 4.nights and by the time I got home I had to start talking asthma and allergies medication. This hotel should be divided into two hotels. One for people who have young kids and people under 30 and a side for over 30 with NO KIDS OR ANIMALS. YOU SHOULD NEVER HAVE CARPET IN A ROOM WHERE ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED. I AM PISSED THAT i DIDN'T ASKED THE QUESTIONS ABOUT THE CARPET AND ANIMALS!! NOW I AM SICK. YOU SHOULD REFUND ALL OF MY MONEY

Not Bad for the Price

The check in process is all online which can be great if technology is cooperating. It wasn't the night we checked in, but the lady on duty was very nice and took care of completing the process and getting us to our room. There was only 1 working elevator and the hotel lobby smelled heavily of moth balls. The breakfast was ok, but the coffee tasted good.

Some outlets did not work, also paid for a 1 king, 2 queen, and a sofa bed. Instead we got 2 double queen rooms. You could tell they are remodeling still as the elevator was also down due to service.
