your Television service is awful in all respects. Very difficult operate and find the channels. Much too sophisticated. Put in a SIMPLE system. Additionally, for what must your bias, you do not carry Fox News Channel. We will not return!

The room was nice. The staff (young woman) wasn’t the friendliest and she was hard to understand because of her accent. Checkout of was easy. Security drove around the parking lot all night.

My first stay at the hotel and second visit to the casino was not a disappointment. The hotel was extremely up to date and eco- friendly. There were several choices to choose from as well as the convenience of the after hours menu and food options that were available at the late afternoon and early morning hours. The house keeping staff was also very friendly and extremely helpful in keeping the hotel clean during this stay. The reason for my visit was to celebrate my wife’s birthday and she was very happy to say the least. Thanks for helping me with my celebration.

Great stay. Stained towels.

Check in was quick. Hotel and casino were brand new. Very clean. There were makeup stains on my towels and sink but they were permanently stained so I can’t really fault the cleaning crew for that. It would have been nice to have a new stainless towel though. Overall great stay.
