Check in was easy and staff was very friendly. The water pressure was amazing. Having said this, the property is in dire need of maintenance. The carpets throughout especially around the elevators were disgusting. Stained and worn. I would not stay here again.

Beware of hidden charges and false advertising! Although Expedia has 'free wifi' on this property, it IS NOT TRUE. Only if you book the reservation through Bonvoy is the wifi free, for some reason. EXPEDIA - PLEASE REMOVE THIS LIE FROM YOUR LIST OF AMENITIES. If not booked through Bonvoy, you are charged $4.95 per day for wifi. You are best advised to stay at any other hotel in the are that DOES NOT PRACTICE DECEPTION. Other than that, although the property may be undergoing renovation, the room was updated and nice, but lacking in bed bug protective covers, the hallway carpeting was visibily worn and stained and an ugly grey-green color. The spa advertised in the pool area is undergoing renovation and IS NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. Another lie from their list of amenities. Their breakfast, the friendly staff, and the updated rooms were about the only nice part of our stay. Instead of charging around $100/night for these rooms, the appearance and amenities provided are more in line with hotels that charge around $70/night.

2nd time staying here
Second time staying at this hotel on our way through the area from MD to TX. Nice area. Lots of stuff around. Friendly staff. Room is spacious including a couch. Beds are comfy. Great hotel for our quick stay.

Insects and no toilet paper
I reserved 2 rooms. 1 room was infested with moths. We went to the front desk and they found us another room. Then we discovered they we needed toilet paper in both rooms. We went to the front desk and they said we had to wait for the cleaning people to get toilet paper and the front desk could give us any. Very disappointed.
