The hotel was a very pleasant surprise. I booked it as it was close to the airport, Being a five minute walk from Graceland was a nice bonus. I did not like having to pay for parking, and the expected southern hospitality was not a thing in this hotel. Otherwise, clean, spacious, and if you are an Elvis fan, it has cool Elvis artwork, dedicated channels playing Elvis videos and music and (mostly) shows an Elvis movie in their theatre (I say mostly as there was supposed to be one the night I was there, but it was cancelled without any reason being offered). The facility was as good as the staff was really mediocre.

Overall the stay was excellent and my poor rating for staff was not general as most were extremely friendly and gave good service. However the barman was really grumpy, caustic and quite aggressive to another guest.

The hotel is beautiful with a free shuttle to Graceland. The only issue we had was with the room above us. It sounded as if they were moving furniture for hours. We finally called the front desk around 11:30 pm to have them ask the guests above us to stop whatever it was they were doing. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay.

We liked how convenient it was to take the shuttle to Graceland and its museums. The staff is very polite and friendly. The rooms are clean. We thought the room was not quiet. We heard the people above us for 3 hours the first night at the hotel. We called the front desk after listening to the noise for about 2 hours, but it was about an hour later that the noise stopped. We could also hear people talking very clearly in the hotel hallway while we were in the room asleep. It woke us up.

This was a fantastic stay. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant too. Felt really safe in and around the immediate area. Take advantage of the onsite cinema, free pb&j sandwiches and stunning chocolate milk in the evening.
