Absolutely a great stay! The service is amazing from the time the shuttle picks you up at the airport until they drop you off, you will enjoy everything in between. Elvis would be proud! Great job at the hotel and at Graceland. We simply loved it!

One must turn on the rain shower in order to get any water pressure, not everyone washes their hair every night. The shuttle driver needs to STOP her horrible LOUD singing in an small enclosed area. I was not happy to develop a migraine in the beginning of my "Graceland day"! She siglngled out birthday people to acknowledge them while leaving the rest of us to feel like we didnt belong there.

The property makes you excited to go to Graceland. Very clean. Onsite dining options good and reasonably priced. Live music in the lounge every night we were there. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Shuttles run to and from Graceland on the half hour and shuttles were kept clean. The hotel is very close to downtown memphis. The only drawback is we packed so much in to the days we didnt get to enjoy the hotel fully and all it had to offer. We will come back in the summer because the pool and courtyard is very pretty. You can request a firepit out there in the fall. The hotel has earned its stars.

I gave the overall rating of 4 stars because daily housecleaning was non existent. One morning the maid came, I was still in the room, asked her to come back, but she never did. The following day, no maid at all. I would like to spotlight beyond excellent service by Bobbi at the hotel bar. She was attentive, hospitable and had a vault of Elvis knowledge! We truly enjoyed her company. She’s an exemplary employee. Please understand how valuable she is to your organization. Five stars for Bobbi!
