In my opinion, you must really be a die hard Elvis fan to come here and put up with the "nickel and dime stuff" - paid parking, no complimentary coffee... Seemed like the hotel had you captive because of the bad rep of Memphis for crime and they took advantage of that. We had pleasant interactions with some of the staff but others were pretty indifferent (especially when you were over at the mansion and museums). My wife wanted to come here and now it's done. She agreed that a return trip is highly unlikely.

Great location for Graceland , staff was a tad on the curt side at check out as we had some issues with ink ( that got water on it ) from the Graceland VIP tour lanyard bleeding into my wife’s clothes so be warned . Pool was nice and room was large (560) and if you like Elvis then this is the place

Southern charm & hospitality - gorgeous hotel
Definitely the place you want to stay when you visit Graceland! Basil (concierge) and Rayan (server in the restaurant) made the experience even better! Food was delicious & the hotel itself was beautiful and had lots of activity going on. My kids loved the shuffleboard tables outside and the pool was beautiful. We would definitely stay again!

$500 for 1 night and you have to pay for parking? Area isn't safe so you are stuck at the hotel? I was excited to see all about elvis and thought this would be a special touch to add to that experience. Make sure you look at other dates! The next night my room would have been $219.

This is my favorite place, I am a huge Elvis fan, and the Guesthouse is just amazing. Our flight was cancelled due to a hurricane where we live and we had to stay an extra day, the manager Xavier honored my booking price for the extra night, totally professional and definitely making "Elvis" and "Lisa's" memory proud. Thank you for your kindness, friendliness and most of all professionalism we need more employees like this. Thank you Thank you!!!

It seemed to be in a rough location. We were concerned about leaving our vehicle in the parking lot. The hotel was fine, just seemed a little dingy. We had three women traveling and the one in a bed alone got bedbugs from the hotel.

Room conditions were not what was expected. For what people are paying the general up keep of the rooms was lacking. Wall paper peeling, furniture wear and tear, shower stall caulking was moldy and missing etc.. They need to invest in updating rooms and do better at overall cleanliness and maintaining.

Only a minute from Graceland and possibly the only safe place in Memphis. I highly recommend that you look no further since the town itself isn’t something to write home about and unsafe in general.
