The desk clerk couldn't find my reservation. The parking access had so many potholes and a narrow bridge, it didn't feel safe. However, all the appliances worked and the bed was comfortable.

Needed a place to stay while traveling on business. Great location for my needs. On the main strip of town. Close to Walmart and the areas available restaurants. Check in process was quick. Very large and clean room with a comfortable bed. Property is dated but you can see they have been making a lot of improvements.

The manager running the property was nice. Room only had two towels and fresh towels weren't available for about 30min when we needed another towel so that was a bummer. Ice was available at the front - they were ice cube trays. Unfortunately the ice was not completely frozen yet so we grabbed a bag of ice from Walmart. The location was great, right next to walmart and several restaurants. 15min drive to Board camp Mine and the nice scenic drive. Nice place to stay for cheap. You get what you pay for.

Weary traveler seeks rest
Spur of the moment trip left us sleepy in Mena and looking for a bed last minute. We found this little spot and it looks like an older motel that they are fixing up. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. The staff was friendly and there was a coffee maker in the room.

This property fully met my basic requirements: safe, clean, no bed bugs, working A/C, shower and refrigerator. Towels, shampoo, soap provided and the Wi-Fi worked. Front office staff were very friendly and answered all my questions and concerns in just a couple minutes. Walmart is literally a next-door walk and gas stations are across the street. I gave property conditions 4-star because this new owner is doing their best to renovate rooms from the previous owner and should finish in 2025. I would definitely stay here again!

Hotel wasn’t the nicest I’ve ever stayed in, but the staff was nice, bed was clean, and AC worked well. Pet policy was nice, and price was fair for what the room was. My only negative comment is that we were supposed to have a non-smoking room and there was a distinct cigarette smell.

Flies and roaches. No bedbugs, though. Lock on the door was not secure and the door had no seal around it. Unnecessary couch in the room looked disgusting as all the flies were congregating on it. Spend the extra and go somewhere else. Anywhere else. Staff was friendly enough when I checked out less than 10 minites after checking in.

Avoid.
The bathroom had broken tile with roaches coming into the room; the bathtub drain had literally rusted out. The showerhead wouldn't stay in place; the room looked to have not been updated in decades. Suspected bed bug bites after staying here; the linens and towels were not cleaned appropriately. Trying to contact the front desk to get towels was almost impossible - there was no answer when calling front desk; after stopping by the next day and being told towels would be brought to us, there still were none an hour+ later - finally had to find the laundry and get the front desk attendant's father (who does the laundry apparently) to get us some towels. Would not recommend this 'hotel' at all - also the picture in the listing looks nothing like the room we got.

None of the electrical plugs in the room would work. I was unable to charge my phone. Tv was very limited with channels to watch. most of what I wanted to see, would not work. Shower was not relaxing at all. It needed a massage head.

Bathroom floor was dirty behind the door. There were several cockroaches. Had to ask for tp and towels. Old food in the fridge and microwave. A man's dog was hit on the road. He was very distraught. Rather than offer any condolence kindness, the owner called the police.. 10/10 would avoid this place.
