The staff were nice and available. But the breakfast options were very limited for vegans. We got only avocado toasts and on our last mornign there, we were told that even that was not available. So, we had to leave without breakfast.
The hotel's photos look very upscale and nice but in reality, the rooms are little dated. The room for which we paid extra, was large but was very noisy as it was right near the street and shared a wall with the property office. This was not mentioned anywhere.
So, we had to change the room to sleep properly and we were practically downgraded. But of course, without any money back for the wrong/lack of description. This seemed unfair.
Also, for the wine that was supposed to be part of the stay, it was not offered spontaneously. We had to ask for it and received one.
