The restaurant is not great. I wish they would focus on a more traditional Yucatecan menu. A coffee bar and baked goods in the morning would be a hit! Overall, great place for the price. Location is great!

Great location. The rooms are a bit dated, but the whole setting of this Gran Hotel from a different era is nothing short of spectacular. Easy access to the historic center of town and only a 10min walk from the corredor gastronomico”. Parking available which is a great plus.

If you want to be in a location where you’re not too central to the touristy parts and avoid the business, but are able to walk to quite a bit of different locations for shopping, tourism and dining. This will be a great spot for you and your friends. Staffing is great and friendly and provides excellent service.

You have to manually open à gate and then close it in the parking lot, our apps were not working on the TV and no one available to help when we called receptionist. Pool has cold water which is understandable since Yucatán is hot. There is a restaurant onsite until 3pm which is a plus.
