Upon our arrival the receptionist (front desk lady ) was very rude and unprofessional. When I ask her questions she was very short with her answer and seems bother . When I asked her a question she laughed sarcastically because I asked if the parking lot was indoor or outdoor she answered with attitude. Also the room had 2 towels for 3 guess and when I asked her for extra towel she told we have them count that all you will get . I will never stay I this hotel again she make us feel very uncomfortable.

A little run down property, but quite convenient. The only hotel in my month-long trip in Mexico that did not provide us water bottles by default. Wifi is goid.

Hotel is small but centrally located with shopping & places to eat nearby. Property is clean, no coffee maker in room Or water bottles but you could request water at front desk. Overall a nice location and clean property.

Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia, en el hotel, la atencion fue muy cordial y amable, nuestra habitacion siempre estuvo arreglada y limpia, la instalacciones estuvieron amenas, excepto por la piscina que estaba un poco sucia, no pudimos meternos por esa razon, pero por lo demas excellent, esta muy bien ubicado el hotel, todo queda muy cerca y alrededor puedes caminar, bastante recomendado.

My family and I love to stay at the hotel,the staff is marvelous very respectful and they go above and beyond,specially Luis that works in the restaurant and Mario that works in the front desk. To upper management I noticed in the past two years the building has been declining, examples no phone service,towels getting old ,television,pool area and you need to have a dresser. Our wise its perfect we will still stay there because the staff is wonderful!!
