Property and rooms are very nice. Staff is courteous and helpful. Due to health issue, we were unable to stay the full time and the gentleman at the front desk went above and beyond in helping us cancel the reservation. Luis, the reception manager, has been great in communicating our refund.

The room was clean, the staff were extremely attentive, and the beach was perfect. A chair was available every time we went to the beach. I will come back again, and recommend this hotel to my friends. Progresso was walkable and quiet, a family, friendly beach town.

Great gem of a hotel!!!

Amazing people. Very helpful, polite, and patient. Great place to stay. If we are there again, we will stay at this hotel. Towards the edge of the boardwalk craziness.

The property was nice generally speaking, but my room was in the third floor, and the hotel didn’t have an elevator. The staff was nice and friendly the pizza at the hotel’s restaurant was delicious but the lobster soup was tasteless.

It was a great location to the beach. The water pressure in the shower was minimal and at one point the water stopped in the middle of my shower. Hot water was also limited. There were dirty dishes left outside of the rooms for a whole day. It was a great view of the beach, but I would not stay there again.

The hotel was okay. Room was tiny and it felt like the AC never got cool. We never got our room cleaned and didn’t realize you had to put the sign on it to get it cleaned. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Loved how it was super close to the beach basically on the beach. They also had a restaurant and it was good too!! Oh and the shower would get scalding hot even when turned on in the middle or close to cold. Other than it was an okay hotel.
