She smiled always and did everything we needed, acted as concierge, bussed tables, recommended restaurants and places to visited, day and night. Every other staff member was the same. Muy lindo hotel y super bien ubicado. Lo que está super mal es que el agua de las regaderas cambia de temperatura sola, de frío helado a calor quemante TODO el tiempo, no se sitúa en donde la colocas. Muy incómodo. Por otro lado, la tele tiene pocos canales y pésimos!!!! y no se pueden poner tus plataformas . Staff super increíble y las instalaciones muy bien. Los ameniries (shampoo, bodywash y acondicionador) bastante malitos, lleva los tuyos

Como es un hotel recoen abierto en noviembre aun les falta petsonal para atender, habia cupo lleno y hubo problemas con el agua fria en la regadera, el salon de desayuno bufete es muy pequeño, aunado a esto habia congreso local con deaayuno incluido asi que empeoro el espacio y servicio. Tiene buena hubicacion esta cerca de galerias, del centro si esta retirado. Ojala mejore todos estos detalles
