I can only assume someone is stuffing the ballot box with this hotel's rating. This is a new hotel that was apparently designed with only the owners' aesthetic interests in mind. The common area has some elaborate and rather expensive furnishings but the rooms are incredibly user unfriendly. There is no wi-fi in the rooms. There is no furniture - none. Not a chair, not a table. There is no light near the bed. The doors are cheap sliding glass doors with flimsy locks facing a brightly-lit courtyard, covered by a bright curtain. With lights off you can read in the room it is so light. When you check in you are handed a towel - one towel - there are no wash cloths or towels in the room. The shower is clumsy and the hot water takes approximately 3 minutes to reach the upper floor. The expensive tile floor was dirty and covered with sand. But here is the real killer: the sheets on my bed were not clean and had EXTENSIVE blood stains. There were stains on both sheets in the same place, showing that this was not old blood but fresh from a previous guest. How disgusting is that? A complete outrage. I got two new sheets and changed the bed myself. The mattress is a new and expensive Serta, but it is pillow top and too soft. Also the bed frame is high and so there is not even a place to sit and put on your shoes properly. The TV had two remotes and despite trying a number of different things I could not get t to work. There are a couple more problems but I am out of space.

Mucha luz en la noche en las habitaciones

Todo excelente, sólo sugiero poner cortina de blackout y algo para tapar la puerta para que no entre la luz y apagar las luces en la noche

Las fotos de las habitaciones están mal colocadas, aquí aparece una habitación con un precio y llegado al hotel nos dieron otro cuarto y si queríamos cambiarlo por el que había reservado nos cobraban más y la respuesta del hotel fue que era una error de la aplicación y no podían respetarnos con el cuarto que hicimos la reservación

El hotel en si esta bien, bastante decente, pero el servicio no es muy bueno, cuando llegamos no tenian ni la habitacion lista, nos cambiaron por una que supuestamente estaba preparada pero no habia papel higienico ni toallas, y tuvimos que volver a pedirlas para que por fin las trajeran ya que nos dijeron que esperaramos pero nunca llegaron... Parecia que no sabian lo que hacian o simplemente no estaban preparados para tener clientes... Lo positivo es que las camas son comodas y hay agua caliente, No hay tv de cable como dice el anuncio y las habitaciones son mas pequeñas que en las fotos... no tenia frigibar tampoco

Bien ubicado, 7.5/10 en general.

Bien en general, 7.5/10. Las sabanas de las camas de las habitaciones podrian ser reemplazadas ya que se observan deterioradas un poco por el uso. Los closet deberian ubicarse en la habitación y no en el baño. No funcionaba el servicio de television por cable.
