That's a fantastic set of details! You've provided the **pillars of a truly excellent hotel experience**: service, dining, and convenience. The true heart of this hotel is the incredible staff. They were **super attentive** without being intrusive, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. The **valet service was particularly excellent**—always prompt, professional, and greeting us with a smile, which made coming and going seamless. It's clear that the entire team takes pride in providing top-tier hospitality. We rarely dine exclusively at the hotel restaurant, but the on-site eatery was so magnificent that we ate there two nights in a row! The **food was excellent**, and the atmosphere was lovely. Equally impressive was the bar, which was absolutely **on point**. The bartenders were skilled mixologists who crafted perfect drinks, making it the ideal spot for a nightcap.

Our stay was very nice. The refrigerator did not work but was promptly replaced. The front desk staff and bellman were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping did a fantastic job. Lots of shops and restaurants were within walking distance.

The rooms are very, very dated. No lighting, very damp, and uncomfortable bedding. It appears they updated the lobby area, but the rooms were abysmal. Also, we received an email in advance offering a discount to any of the onsite restaurants which was not honored
