Staff were extremely courteous. Cleaning was not done properly. When some of the used glasses were left on table, they continued to be there and not replaced with new ones. Water in the shower is not strong and door for bathroom could not be easily closed. We were supposed to get free breakfast. First day there was a buffet but for rest of the days, they didnt serve buffet as they said they didnt have enough people to make it a buffet. We ended up getting just coffee, bread and just some fruits. Need to be more thoughtful especially if you are in the hospitality business.

Una porquería de Hotel, increíble que la marca Wyndham opere una propiedad con tan poco mantenimiento, capacitación de personal, restaurante caro y malo. En fin lo único bueno es que los sábados a dos calles se pone un puesto que vende tacos de lechón espectaculares.

I like the location is next to Paseo Montejo, My room was not very clean, I found dirt under the bed and hair in corners. Place is beautiful has a Starbucks cafeteria inside next to the pool and a restaurant very convenient for having a late dinne. Just the cleaning issue was sad.
