I’ve stayed at this property several times and you would think that when you’re a frequent person at that particular hotel that they would take you a little more serious when you have issues at your room. The phone didn’t work in the room, the toilet didn’t flush in the room, and the sink was extremely slow to drain. They offered to move me, but I was already well into the night and did not feel like I should have to be inconvenienced by moving rooms. I let the staff know on my departure and was told that I would be getting a call from the manager which I never received.
