Beds were comfortable and hotel was very quiet. Breakfast was good. This is a pet friendly hotel so LOTS of lint everywhere and even our first room smelled VERY strongly of dog I had to request to move. The 2nd room was better but fridge was not on and it smelled bad so we were not able to use it. Towels are a bit worn out but furnishing looks new and beggind too.

Staff was great, the room was great. The breakfast is not good at all. The eggs are bad the link sausage not cooked right. The oatmeal is watered down. The orange juice was terrible. Need to bring the bacon back and fix the eggs.

The room was neglected, we had to always go find someone to give us fresh towels, tissue, trashbags...etc. We been picked on during the evening lunch between 5 p.m and 7 p.m. by this particular cafeteria worker, every since Tuesday 12/16/25, when we learned about the evening meals,every single time we came down, she sits right there and watch us and the amount of food we put on our plates then she comment with her co-worker(s), about us but she says it loud enough so we could hear it, this went on every single day up to Monday 12/22/2025, so on Tuesday I told my husband we just going to go get our food and bring it up to our room and eat, time we got off the elevator to the first floor, she looked at us and said "LOOK LIKE I'M GOING TO HAVE TO COOK MORE FOOD" I ignored the remark and went on and we fixed our food and went up to our room because the atmosphere was soo uncomfortable, so on Wednesday 12/24/2025 me and my family went to buy our food elsewhere, because we just got tired of the same oh mess with this same oh NASTY ATTITUDE CAFETERIA WORKER, SHE'S THE ONE WHO NEVER LEAVES, ALWAYS THERE, WE DON'T HAVE NO PROBLEM OUT OF NOBODY BUT HER, WE NEVER DISRESPECTED THIS LADY IN NO KIND OF WAY, I'M NOT TRYING TO GET NOBODY FIRED BUT THIS SITUATION NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED BECAUSE WE PAY OUR MONEY JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE AND WE SHOULD N HAVE TO GO THRU WHAT WE ARE GOING THRU, THEREFORE WE FEEL SO UNWELCOME AND SO UNCOMFORTABLE STAYING HERE.
