Beautiful and convenient location. Room very clean and comfortable, grounds were immaculate and are a credit to the manager/owner. Nice communal BBQ area, directly opposite the lake very short walk to beach and coffee. Casual walk along the lake edge into town area. Highly recommend.

Ground floor unit was well equipped, clean, plenty of room. Sit out on patio and look out over a narrow car & pedestrian pathway to the open water and across to the town centre. Great walk along the water's edge. The manager was helpful. Everything arranged as said. Peaceful & relaxing.

We couldn’t have asked for better accommodation for our holiday in Merimbula! The position was perfect, very short walk to the beach and amazing views from our balcony. The grounds were immaculate and had a great BBQ area and lots of activities for our kids to do to keep them busy. The apartment was ideal for our family of 4, generous size rooms and clean and tidy bathroom and kitchen. We will definitely be heading back there on our next holiday to Merimbula.

The staff were great at communicating and friendly. The property was extremely clean, inside and outside the apartment. The shared facilities were well maintained and lots of fun. Perfect location for a trip to the beach or lake, walk to town or walk over to the boardwalk. Definitely highly recommend.
