There were no blankets on the beds. The air was on when we walked into the room, which it was cold outside, so was uncomfortable. The was a messy suspicious mess on the wall behind the toilet. There was black mold in the bathroom. The stay was not the greatest. We put the do not disturb sign on the door, housekeeping still knocked on the door waking us up. There were no bath towels, and when asked for towles we were given pool towels.
Rooms not cleaned for 3 days, missing hair dryer and iron, dirty/worn carpet, holes/marks on walls, trash/debris on property. Worst hotel ever. Windham should pull license.
No TP, had to ask front desk. Heater had no temp regulation. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy. Gravy was as out of a can. Biscuits were hard. Did have waffles which were good. Room need repairs and an upgrade.
At first I called the front desk agent. Before speaking she asked me to wait and kept me on hold for 10 minutes. Once I checked in I went into the room the room was dirty with out comforter and pillows. I went to front desk and told her about the she was not at all apologetic and she simply said that that’s not my job and I don’t know how is the room. Front desk agent was really rude and unapologetic.
I will never recommend my friends to ever stay here.
The room has sticky floor and dirt all around smells like smoke
Dirty. Clock didn’t work. Wall sockets broken. TV remote didn’t work properly. Heater air didn’t work properly. Towels were worn almost threadbare. Smelled bad, stale.
We try to see which three rooms was clean it was dirty filthy blood stains everywhere. Broken picture frame. It was horrible. I wouldn’t. I’m trying to get my money back from them. Will stay there.
Night Manager very nice and friendly and helpful. However, room was dirty, ac worked but was nasty and pieces were all over the floor, curtains all ripped up and had to get paper clips to hold together so i couldnt be viewd in my room from outside. Property was sold out and i was too exhausted to keep going so I cleaned what i could just to sleep. Not a great experience. Disappointing
