My bathtub was dirty. I had a blood stain on a pillow and they tried to hide it so they put it behind all the other pillows. No room services came to clean.

Staff was very helpful. They provided us with rollaway bed. Room is large and provides a mini kitchen. Wonderful pillows.

Size of the room was nice- the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was a decent size. When we 1st walked in the room had a smell and had to open up the window- the counter top still had crumbs on it and the bathroom tub had dirt on the bottom. I wasn’t very happy with my stay unfortunately.

Friendly...but Ants ...
Upon arrival, the staff was pleasant however..Our room wasn't what we booked, we booked a 2 bed suite and was given a 1 bed suite, when asked, they said it was because we booked 3rd party and its not guaranteed. They did offer a roll away bed that we eneded up habing to use. The side of the fridge and rhw counter where dishes sat had ants. When I made them aware, they said they woupd take care of it when they brought the rollaway bed. We left to go to softball games and returned thay night with more ants. The next morning I brought this up to the front desk, they asked if it was ok if maintenance went in while we were away. I agreed but when we retuned that evening, we still had ants and the room smelled of bug spray. Needless to say the ant problem was not resolved.

Rooms are advertised as having queen sized beds, they are NOT; at most they are doubles. That was the biggest disappointment as I was sharing a bed and they are not big enough. Relatively clean, nice staff.

The room was not up to standards. There was dirt on the floor and hair on the pillows. Our room was switched and then the tv did not work. Front desk lady was very nice and did her best with what she had to work with. I was told I would be refunded, as we left because of the room conditions and there were not available rooms after being switched once. Waiting to hear from management on my refund.
