The room looked like it was a rush job. Missing attention to detail and left us with stained sheets. The hallways were filthy from the kids that were just allowed to run up and down the hallways. The smell of pot was so strong I was constantly spraying perfume. Between the loud hall noises and the smells we chose to leave much earlier than anticipated. When we went to check out we had to wait a long time just to be helped. I requested a refund through my booking website you guys denied it. Just absolutely a horrible experience!

There was urine all over the floor in the bathroom. There was hair all over the bathroom and on the beds. Neighboring rooms did not respect volume late at night, after midnight. I had to keep the volume on the tv up enough for my children to not hear the extra correctives that were going on. We could smell marijuana throughout the whole floor.

When we first got there we were given a room but asked would we like a room on the first floor close to the door. We said yes but wasn’t told that it was dogs on that floor right across from us. So we had to deal with a lot of barking. Then housekeeping did lousy jobs of cleaning the room to where I had to go and ask them for a broom and rag to clean the counter top. The day of cleaning they mop the floor but didn’t sweep the floor. Also one day a lady from the front desk came and knocked on my door to tell me that it’s no cooking allowed and it was food that I had bought from my auntie house and warmed it up in the microwave. Just accusing you for stuff and not even truly knowing. On top of they didn’t pick up trash every day.
