Many items in our room were broken. The property needs to be updated and feels dumpy. The area around the tables at the front entrance was gross and dirty. Closet door fell off when trying to hang cloths. I booked 2 rooms for 6 people. Between the two rooms there was 3 packs of coffee and 1 decaf tea bag and 3 small cups without lids. I would not stay here again.

Never again.

Was charged a surprise “cleaning fee” of $50 at check in, even though it stated service animals are exempt from all fees. Got to the room and the floor seemed to have not even been touched with a broom at all. The bed sheets did not fit the bed, and had stains. The shower curtain had mold on it, and was too short which caused a gap at the bottom allowing water to get on the floor. I’m assuming someone came through and was doing some touch up painting cause we leaned against our door and got paint on a shirt. There was no warning or signage. The mini fridge was super dirty. Every day our keycards would quit working, so had to go to the desk to get new ones.

I am a person who travels a lot and this is the worst hotel I have been to. It was dirty the pool, the floors, the bedding and it was cold. Staff was nice but only one person at night and when we asked for extra bedding I was given a pillow and a dirty cover, which I did not use and left on the front counter which I had to go downstairs, to get the bedding myself. I had to cover my child with an extra big towel that thankfully I had in my car. The pool smelled like poop and hair oil mixed together and when I came out of the cold pool my body was all greasy. At breakfast the eggs where not eatable and the only thing I could eat was a bagel with butter. The towels and bed sheets had stains on them. I was very disappointed. This was worse than a motel and I paid $300 for two nights. Very disappointed.

Nope.

Hardest bed I've stayed in in probably 18 years of touring with musicians. Neither of us got much sleep and we finally gave up and watched movies on our phones all night. Shower was dirty, floors were dirty ( from the lobby, to the ELEVATOR (yiiiikes) to our room. Breakfast was nice enough and the woman running it was lovely. Im just very disappointed to have paid more than $100 for a hotel that should have been like $30, if we're being honest. Seems the cleaning staff is very overwhelmed.

The pool was open when I got there, but closed the third day of my four day stay. I did plan to have the grandbaby over to swim so that sucked but it was for a leak above (good reason). Otherwise, I thought this was a good stay. Staff were super nice and helpful and welcoming. They serve actual hot breakfast plus grab n go. I didn’t see anyone other than when walking my dog, so I appreciated the privacy and placement of my room.
