The hotel room was in very poor condition, the walls needed painting, old towels in the bathroom, room smelled like someone had been smoking in the room prior to my arrival. The room was so bad I didn’t even stay the night. I had to find another hotel.

I was harassed and pushed out of this hotel. I am injured , I communicated with the staff the who time and they intentionally provoked me until I got upset. Emotional intelligence is very very low here

The room was one of the best rooms I had ever stayed in. Im glad the Redroof canceled my room brcause Fairbridge was way better spacy and had space for me and my family to sleep comfortable. Staff was also great!!!

It was a budget price. Staff that we met were nice. Nothing fancy, that was ok, but the 3 pillows on the king were awful flat. Went to Ollies and bought two so we wouldn't have to suffer. The sink in our room was discolored and full of deep cuts and blemishes. So much so that it seemed unsanitary

It was nasty that sheets were dirty they never came and cleaned they never vacuum that was dirty underneath the bed that's up nasty I will never stay there again and I don't recommend it to nobody
