The ceiling has mold on it, when you shower the steam makes the floor slippery because there are no opening windows, you try to replace your towels they gonna try to keep your deposit, they have ants

This property put me into a room with a huge crack that was turning into a large hole in the middle of the bottom of the bathtub. Then told me they couldn't switch me to a different room. No coffee or cream and regular sugar.

They didn't make the beds or replace our dirty towels and wash cloths. We had to go to the front desk to ask for more clean and the TV didn't work.

If there were an option to give minus five stars for the front desk staff, that’s exactly what I would choose. When I arrived at this hotel, exhausted after a long trip, the so-called clerk at the front desk treated me in the rudest way I have ever experienced in my life. He hurled every obscene insult imaginable at me—apparently because I dared to wake him up. On top of that, he told me that he had canceled my reservation, which I made through Expedia.com, entirely on his own initiative without even informing me, simply because he “decided” I wasn’t going to show up. I have never seen service this disgraceful before, and I hope I never will again. I strongly urge hotel management to investigate who was on duty that day and take the strictest possible action. The entire experience was so revolting and disgusting that words can hardly describe it.

Do not stay at this Motel, it’ a health hazardous.

I wouldn’t take a dead dog to this filthy motel I booked two rooms for three nights, after driving 15 hours. We checked in only enough time to see where the rooms were before we unloaded the car, opened my room door and the beds aren’t made, the floors is wet from moisture. My son goes to his room which is next door and there is visible mold all on the walls. We go back to the front desk with pictures to request a refund, the lady at the front desk gives us a refund but only for two days. They trying yo charge us for opening the doors and looking in the room. I should be charging them for the inconvenience. Very poor customer service, oh but I’m not done I will be reporting them!
Beds not fixed, this is how the room was when I opened the door.
Mold on the walls, not just mold black mold
Mold in the cracks in the corner.

Steer Away!

Please do not stay here! This is a hazardous facility! We booked two rooms, the hallway was absolutely un breathable same as the rooms! Including MOLD ON THE WALLS! This place is not suitable and it’s a hazard to ppl.

I liked nothing. I switched rooms four times. Condom wrapper was found on my initial room floor. Blood spatter on several walls in a room. Smoke detectors beeping. Domestoc dispute in the hallway one of the nights. All kinds of hair over the floors. Each room I went in had a damp, unpleasant odor. Key card wasn't needed on multiple exterior doors.
