The heat/ cold unit didn’t turn off and was very loud. The bathroom sink leaked water when the faucet was turned on, shower head dripped all night. The bathroom towel rack was held on by wire, the cover had 2 stains and on inside of the cover was lipstick stain!

What a let down. Room immediately reeked of mildew. Floor is damp by AC unit that seemed faulty and made weird grinding noises during the night. Kids were terrified of the blood stains on walls, stained pillows and sheets. Worn furniture that they actually use trash to level it so drawers don’t pop open on own. Tile grout is black and mildewed and tub is stained. So gross my family would have left if it wasn’t already 10pm and late when we arrived. One kid was crying she wanted to sleep in the car. Decided to brave it out, but if you have a choice ahead of time avoid this beat down hotel at all costs. Pictures from room 301.

This is definitely a budget hotel. The staff was very nice though. But had to move rooms at check-in because the first one smelled like something died in it. But the second room we were given was decent. The cleaning staff needs to be wiping down headboards and tables and mirrors, though they were clearly dirty, and the linens on the bed had burn holes and stains.

The room had a bad odor, had to open the window to air out the room. The toilet handle was broken you had to jiggle it in order for the tank to stop leaking, shower curtain was stained. The TV would not connect. I will definitely not stay here again.

Travelers Beware! Do Not Stay Here

This hotel was located in an entire area of at least 10 other hotels by I-65. I thought it would be fine. It was NOT. 1) We were not convinced that the sheets were changed because of stains. 2) The shower curtain had serious mold/mildew on the inside. When I tried to show the cleaning lady in the room she was working on, that shower curtain in that bathroom had mildew all over it too! 3) Our coffee pot had no tray for the coffee packets to go in, so it couldn't be used. 3) Worst Food Ever! - Orange Juice was spoiled and had to be thrown out, there was only white bread and no jelly for toast, no lids for coffee cups, Bran Flakes were the only cereal, no yogurt or fruit, no protein, only carbs, pastries were stale and no microwave to help. The trash can was so filthy on the outside that I used a napkin to throw my trash awayl When I asked the attendant about the availability of whole wheat bread or yogurt or lids for the coffee, he was rude and said "What's there is all there is." 4) There were splatters of something on the walls in the room and bathroom and I took photos. 5) It was obvious that someone was smoking weed either in the hotel or right outside. 6) Elevator area was dirty and there was chipped paint on the walls. I have been staying at Choice Hotels for more than 30 yrs and this was the worst Quality Inn I have ever been in. If we had known how bad the hotel was, we would never have paid when we registered. I will certainly know better next time.

Filthy and terrible

The first eoom they gave us was filthy. The bed sheets has not been washed. The room was musty. The fridge was covered in some kind of red residue. The dresser has a white substance splashed on the front. We asked to switch to a different room, to which they obliged. The new room was not much better in condition. We visited the pool, which was extremely poorly maintained. The tiling was chipped and sharp in many places. The grout was peeling, and mold and residue was clearly present. We could not stay for more than a half hour because we could not stop sneezing. After getting out, a burning and itching rash became present on my body. It went away in a few hours after applying triple antibiotic ointment. There was also mold in yhe shower in both rooms we saw.

Hotel was in poor repair. Carpeting in hallway was dirty and loose in some areas. The outer bed covering was dirty and there was a hole in the sheet. Pillows did not have covers under the cases. Air conditioner didn't work properly and part of the covering was on the floor. Freezer was caked with frost. I could go on but I'm guessing you get the idea. Overall the entire facility was disgusting.
