Well, it was close to Chicago. The staff was very friendly and efficient up to including we have to go back through there to pick up a blanket that we left and they were had no problem doing so I like them.

The staff was very kind but unfortunately the hotel wasn’t in the best shape . Roaches in my room. Upon arrival there was a crew of people having a party outside the hotel . Police had to come to the property due to chaos. Got to remember not to ever let my husband book us a room again 😂…

If you can, avoid it!
I chose this hotel because the hotels in Chicago were way too expensive. I should have spared no expense. The property was dirty, there were roaches, holes in the ceiling, the linen was filthy. Fred at the front desk, however, deserves all the good things. He was extremely pleasant and accommodating.

It said breakfast included. But except waffles there was hardly anything else. Breakfast area was not welcoming. They were even out of coffee. Expedia.com: please dont market as breakfast included if they are not offering breakfast.

I called in about my remote control and they said people who cleaned would take what ever to help them. That's not right, when cleaning a room & find anything you a person left you as a cleaner should turn it in. I'm really upset.
