Room was not as clean… had a few insects in the bed. They did not come and clean my room daily while I was staying there. It smells like people be smoking inside some of the rooms. The pool did not seem clean, hot tub water was really murky.

The parking was fine. Staff was poor. Noone was at the front desk when I arrived. And then I was given a dirty room. Then the room I was given did not have a refrigerator and the microwave didnt work. Then the next day, the staff questioned me about whether or not my service animal was actually a service animal because the staff member never entered any notes.

The pool and hot tub were great. Pool water was a little cold. However, the second floor smelled of marijuana the entire time we stayed there. To the point to where it started to cause issues with my child who has asthma. It even smelled all the way to the first floor by the stairs. I was informed nothing could be done by the gentlemen who checked us out this morning. The breakfast wasn’t that great either. The cinnamon rolls were rock hard. I truly believe I should get a refund

The room felt neglected, the bathroom had mildew on the walls, the floors were disgusting. There’s a Tesla charger at the hotel but apparently it’s only for the owner. Do yourself a favor and find a better place to stay.

Upon arrival, the front desk couldn't find our reservation. I had ID and a reservation number and she still couldn't find our reservation. She lied and said she found it and gave us someone else's room. About 10:30 pm, I heard someone trying to get in our room. At 11 pm the room phone rang and it was the front desk telling me she gave us the wrong room and needed our credit card number etc. The next morning my husband and I went to the front desk to confirm everything was ok with our reservation and payment. The guy at the front desk was argumentative, rude, and refused to speak with us. We were already creeped out and took the loss of another night stay and checked out. I couldn't believe how bad the hotel was and the staff acting like that. Never again.
