We got to the hotel 2 hours after check-in and our room was not ready. They said to give them a few minutes and it would be ready. 30 minutes later they asked us if they could put us in two separate rooms rather than the two bedroom room we had reserved and paid for. Rooms were clean but had a cracked sink, the cover that went over the furnace was off the wall, and were very noisy. The contential breakfast was subpar at best and the coffee had grounds in it.

Old and worn. Needs total updating. Worst Residence Inn I’ve stayed at. Front desk clerk initially told us he didn’t have any rooms available but after showing our confirmation blamed his manager for overbooking and mid-management.

there was no air in my room, kids were up above running half the night (both nights) a homeless man sleeping outside my window, bloodstained covers on my bed and i was charged for a 2 bedroom in which i originally reserved but called in due time to downsize to a one bedroom , was told it would be taken care of.

The GM always goes out of his way to make sure our stay is pleasurable. Unfortunately, my sister's purse was stolen during our last stay by what we suspect to be a staff member and the morning guest service representative was quite rude to my sister regarding the breakfast. Totally uncharacteristic of what we normally experience at this property, but will not stop us from coming back
