Gave me the ICK!

Bathroom tile cracked everywhere. Tiles were loose grout was missing. Stains on the couch everywhere. Pull out couch had debris everywhere on it. EVERYTHING WAS STICKY!!!! I was reluctant to take off my socks and walk on the carpet. Bed was 10 years too old just springs no comfort. Tv remote had only the channel up and down buttons working. Peeling sitting chairs that flaked off on your hand with slightest touch.

Property is quite and even though a lot of kids, I couldn't hear them. They do need to be better at cleaning during breakfast and the sitting area outside needs an update... overall good experience...will rent from here again

Problems...Again

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times for business and for vacation. This is the second time (in a row) that I had a problem. No hot water for the shower, and bathroom light did not work. Let me be clear, the staff is amazing, but it was a little frustrating that the next morning when I told someone about it, they couldn't "compensate/or make it right" because I booked through a third party (Hotels.com) and I wasn't a member of Choice Hotels, and then they could have given me points. I don't think that was the best they could have done? They really need to remodel this hotel, not sure I will stay there again.
