The location of the property is great. Property is close to dining, shopping, sightseeing areas. The property is a bit run down and could use major renovation. It felt unsafe, though I have no facts to show that it is unsafe. The price is good. If one is not fussy and just looking for modest accommodations for a few days, then this property is Ok.

Not a bad hotel pretty good cheap if you're going on a cruise which we were just to stay a night or two close to the cruise terminal upkeep could have been a little better but it's a budget hotel so you can't complain overall the staff was pretty cool laid back and very nice we would stay again

Nice and clean hotel for good price
The hotel is clean and rooms are very clean. The breakfast is very poor and all the food was running out at 7:00 with no refills. There is a small refrigerator in the room making noise and I needed to disconnect it over the night to get some sleep. The walls are thin and you can hear the person the other room easily. In the overall and for the price it is a good for one or two nights stay.

Pictures on website did not show the reality of the rooms or property. When we drove up, it looked like it had closed down. The amenities were for a charge and not free. The room had old furniture, the tub leaked continually, the ceiling in the restoom was falling, and the mattress box frame had shredded threads hanging from it. It looked partially cleaned, but overall had dirty tile and black mold spots in the restroom. The room had dust and dirty windows and old curtains with moth pin holes in it. It smelled musty.
