Deeply disappointed that there was not a fridge or microwave in my room ven though when i booked i made sure i would have that. The view of the pool from our room was beautiful. The casual restaurant was great for both dinner and breakfast. Delicious options and great service.

Been here often. This was poorest visit. Long wait at 4pm for dining table, then long wait for service. Food excellent, though. In room, noisy neighbors through unneeded connecting door, no washcloth, etc.

They took out the fridges in the rooms which they always had. The people around us were so loud! No water pressure.

I dont like being a extra fee for a resort, i felt like there was nothing special about the hotel and rooms need major updating and cleaned better. We love this hotel. We stay here every time we come. We are in our sixties and our room was so far away from the elevator it took us a while to get to our room. It would be nice if they had a coffee machine in the room and a fridge since the ice machine is so far near the elevator too. It has a very nice pool and jacuzzi. Staying again next week hopefully closer to the elevator this time.

There is only one entrance and exit in the whole hotel. Only one set of elevators. Parking lots are too far away from the hotel - hard for seniors to get to. Won't stay again.
