Rooms nice and clean especially for the price. Hotel is undergoing exterior renovation so had scaffolding outside our room but no work being done while we were there (Sun evening to Monday morning). Good safe location. Lots of stuff for the family (pool, hoops, courts etc).

Unfortunately i was put on the dame floor as families that didnt conform to the quiet hours. Running up and down the hallway and talking very loud. They woke me up twice in the evening and early morning. I did inform the front desk.

The room was clean and beautiful . The complaint I have is we reserved 2 Queen beds and they ran out and gave us 1 King. We had 3 people with us so I didn’t like the fact that if we reset two beds why not give us that. Another thing was our keys, we got 2 keys and only one worked the first day and non worked the second day. Few inconveniences but room was great .

We got a charge on our credit card after we checked out. When we would call to get an itemized statement, they would put us on hold or just hang up or say they will email it and never did. We finally talked to a GM who agreed to refund the charge but wouldn't explain what the charge was for. Still waiting for refund 5 days after checking out.
