Booked having a restaurant on site that was suddenly closed for good two days before arriving, asked for a portacot through email and called to confirm yet was still not done, bed was uncomfortable, old mouldy looking carpet in hallways, felt very outdated not clean and disorganised

Check in and out was lovely and the continental breakfast was simple but perfect. Put a disabled room which we keep getting put in the whole way through our trip around NZ. The reason these rooms aren’t ideal is the floor is always drenched and doesn’t dry. This wasn’t asked for.
Warm welcome by staff, quick checkin with all information required clearly advised.
Room preheated and spacious, leading to a good nights sleep.
Good selection of teas for a cuppa and the next morning a good continental breakfast to start the day.
