Perfect, central location, comfortable and quiet, really helpful staff. The only annoyance was the hall light, which tended to shine through the window over the door all night.

Everything about our stay at Hotel Heritage was delightful - clean, comfortable room with a view of Ljubljana Castle, helpful and attentive staff, delicious breakfast and an amazing location. Just steps away from all the activity, yet perfectly peaceful and quiet (we kept our windows open and were never disturbed by any noise). We plan on staying there again the next time we visit Ljubljana.

The room was clean and spacious, and I was given an upgrade to a room with a balcony. The staff was inviting and very helpful with any requests I had during my stay. The hotel is located within walking distance to numerous sites and restaurants. My birthday occurred during my stay and I came back to my room after a day away, to find a delicious desert left for me to celebrate my big day. I would definitely return!
