All the doors leading around the property and into our room had just been painted. The fumes in the hallway were awful and we had to try and not touch the doors. The water initially smelled of sewage and stunk up our room. None of this was discounted in the price which was really high given the poor area.

Bed is comfortable. Room is a good size. Breakfast was average hotel breakfast. Plenty of hot water and towels were okay. Quiet and convenient to highway for quick overnight stay.

Dirty, wouldn’t allow us to upgrade room even though one was available and my daughter had to sleep on the floor. Tried to make her a spot with blankets and was told they don’t allow quests to have extra blankets. Finally was able to get 2 from the guy at front desk. Saw bugs in the lobby. Was not able to cancel stay, could leave but would still have to pay. The free breakfast is as not good.

Clean, comfortable beds, safe area, and decent breakfast choices. Waffles, pancakes, yogurt, fruit, cereal and oatmeal choices. Staff is nice. Very affordable. Stayed two nights.

The hotel was reasonably priced and one of the lowest in the area. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the continental breakfast provided coffee and a quick bite to eat before getting back on the road. The location was also convenient, near I-24 and US-45.

Size and decor was good. TV very small for a suite. Bath towels too small for anyone over 5’3”. Not enough soap. Two small bars for sink and shower. Smelled damp and musty. Leak in corridor with wet carpet. Mold on bathroom ceiling and around shower caulking.

First room smelled like dirty rags and had a used towel hanging behind the door in the bathroom. There black spots on the tub which we thought was mold, but they said it was black hair dye that won’t come out. The staff kindly switched our room.

Great clean and comfy hotel!
Stopped over night while traveling. The hotel was clean and in a quiet area. Very convenient to the interstate. Front desk person was friendly. It’s a no thrills hotel but clean, comfy and nice for the price point. I’ve stayed at many worse hotels that were twice the price.

Need to be badly updated.. smelled old, shower ceilings had mold on them. Dirty hand prints on shower wall by despenors of shampoo. Had the front entrance clean and smelling fragrant. But overall not a place a person wants to stay. Im sorry, just being honest.

The staff was wonderful, great customer service and they were truly trying to help. That's what made the whole experience bearable, but the level of humidity in the room was through the roof. Issues with the AC and dehumidifier made us quite uncomfortable for the entire stay, our clean, fresh out of the suit case clothing would already be damp before we put it on. The bed sheets were also damp from the humidity. Because of the great service, I would be willing to lodge there again if they repaired the AC units.
