Rooms need instructions on how to activate the room heater. There's no instructions, had to ask the maintenance man to activate it. Room heater is loud and there's no fan speed control. If there is, no instructions how to control it.

We stay here because of location. The property needs repairs to local areas. Front desk staff needs better training. We redeemed rewards for 2 free breakfasts through Araiza Diamante app but staff had no idea how to apply. Were told we had to wait until Monday lol.

We traveled far and stayed here from friday thru monday . On saturday there was a wedding and music was blasting until 2am i personally think that was too much being that its a hotel and we wanted rest. Thats the only thing that bothered me because we had to park far aswell and they proritized the wedding guest. we are also paying customers and its not cheap either.

Second time we had a hard time finding parking, there was a wedding and all parking was full of party guests. We had to drive back home at 1:30 a.m. instead of spending the night at the hotel.

Things I did not like was noise level and our room had broken the inner door frame broken which as women it felt somewhat uncomfortable and the pillows where to hard. But we can’t rate it too low because overall we did get rest.

This is place is like a motel 6 don't have high expectations for it .there is assigned rooms that accept pets and the door to the restroom can hardly close its so small not a very pleasant place to Stay of u want to get good rest. The beds are so uncomfortable and the tv did not turn on I will never stay here again .

Room is dirty also had a bad odor and the restroom. The shower nozzle was not adjustable so water was getting everywhere. Easy way to slip and fall.
