While the hotel was ok, I didn't like that last day of my stay there was a water leak in the room and it took us 4 times going to the front desk to get someone to help us. We got changed to another room at 11pm and nobody came to help us move.Very disappointed.

Stay good but Ac was not working

The stay was good, but the ac unit was not working, room was hot and when i came back for the pool it was still hot and I had to ask to move rooms which they did, but injad to call the front desk three times, años de jaquizi was not working properly,
