Convenient parking. Friendly staff. Dirty sheets (yellow stain). Large Crack in bathroom sink. Could hear Traffic noise all night in our 3rd floor room, making it Difficult to sleep. Train noise during the night. Including HORN. Noise from outside sounded like there was not even a window or that our window was open. Could feel air coming in the edge of the window. (needs sealed) Weak coffee... served from a separate kiosk, not in the Dining Room... no refills. The dirty sheets will keep us from staying at this hotel on future visits.

Everything is A class service. Unfortunately the rooms don’t have heat system. Somewhat understandable because summer time can reach 120F degrees but winters are cold too since it’s a desert. Staff the best! Cleanliness top notch. Ample secure parking.

We have stayed at the real inn for many years and we like it but this time we got the luxury room and the beds were terrible plus the sheet had stains on it and when I check the breakfast was supposed to be included when I got to the property they said it wasn't, many other times had been included but it's a good hotel all the stuff is very friendly and efficient and clean except for the beds this time but I do recommend it
