Clean and simple
Room had ac and basic amenities. There was signs of an old roof leak and repair. But it was the perfect location for a long trip through utah. Plus the spot along the river was cool!

Really enjoyed the place. It had a nice view of the river, and the isolated setting made for a relaxing night at the end of a long day. The area is quite picturesque.

It was very quiet at night and is right on the river, so the location is great. There is patio furniture out by the river. The room wasn't as clean as we'd like and there were a couple of cats that kept getting into the room when we left the door open and when we looked under the bed to get the cat out, it was quite dirty under there and there was someone else's water bottle under the bed. I wanted tea early in the morning and ended up setting up my camp stove outside to get a cup of tea as they didn't offer anything till 7:30. It was not a great value, except for the location. They shower was good, though.

Our room did not look like the photo. We had a large tear in our carpet and the bathroom looked dingy. I think the water might stain the sink and the tub. We were going to stay two days but decided to move somewhere closer to our destination.

There were no glasses in the room. Frig was dirty. Lack of 3 prong electrical outlets. We booked two nights only stayed one.

If you do not mind traveling a few miles to Monument Valley attractions, you can save money by driving an extra 20 miles each way compared to staying in the well known lodgings within the Valley. It is a little rustic but staff is friendly and take good care of you here.

The balcony view of the river was nice and the benches outside the room to enjoy the view. Staff were great and the free ciffee was much appreciated. The room was overall fine, however a bit dated. There was only a few outlets accessible for charging devices and the room was kinda cold. Would have appreciated extra balnkets through the night.

This property is OK for a one night stay but I wouldn't want to stay longer.
