My group had a fantastic stay here. Our room was ready in time. Room was clean and met all standards. It was centrally located so was easy to navigate and get around the city. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location, with tons of super cute coffee shops and restaurants easily walkable (several within a block or 2). We loved the room, had plenty of space, a good shower, clean. The staff was friendly as well. Highly recommend staying here for a trip to CDMX. The only small thing is that the air conditioner wasn't working. This wasn't an issue because we were there in October, but I can imagine in hotter months that wouldn't be ideal.

AR 218 is nicely located in the Condesa neighborhood. Our suite was clean, bed was comfortable, and no issues with water. Our room A21 had a large wraparound terrace with trees providing privacy. We arrived early and Alfonso at the front desk was very cordial and although we weren’t able to check-in early, they were able to hold our bags so we could explore and have lunch. The fist floor of AR has Starbucks, but there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and stores within walking distance, and we used Uber without any problems when we needed to go long distances. The AR 218 was a great place to stay in Condesa.

Great hotel for solo traveler
This hotel was perfect for me. The room was very clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes/utensils and had a mini-fridge and microwave. The rooftop deck is peaceful and inviting. The neighborhood felt very safe and there were several restaurants and cafes in the immediate area. The Starbuck in the lobby was a convenient way to grab a couple bottles of water or cup of coffee. I didn't have any needs during my stay, but all staff that I encountered were pleasant and helpful. The only caveat I have is that the room can feel a bit dark. The rooms all face an atrium, so even though there are floor-to-ceiling windows, you are looking directly into other hotel rooms. I kept the blinds drawn most of the time for privacy which limited the amount of natural light coming in. Overall, it was a lovely visit and I would definitely stay again.

Great stay friendly staff, very helpful! Added an extra day last minute and was hassle free. Convenient Starbucks out front. Constant security at front desk. Cute local coffee shops, restaurants within walking distance. Offered a crib for my toddler. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay when visiting Mexico City
AR218 is a really nice, clean, convenient, spacious hotel in a great location amongst the lush streets of Condesa. Check in went smooth and communication was easy with hotel. The room was large, quiet, comfortable, and the hotel was super easy to enter and exit daily during my stay. The location is in a relatively quiet area of Condesa within walking distance to many bars and restaurants and shops as well as the beautiful walking baths on some of the boulevards. The value of AR218 along with the great location, quality of stay, and ease of staying there (along with very reasonable rates) make this a great place to base you adventures in Mexico City!
