I was pretty pleased by the size of the room and the property however the water was turned off for a few hours. The staff was working on it but it was very inconvenient for the water to be turned off in the evening. In addition, on my last 24 hours no outlets were working. Even the television was not working. I was vert inconvenienced

The hotel room was lovely and spacious. They provided water on a daily basis which was appreciated. The staff were generous and informative, particularly with regards to providing advice about local tourist attractions. We enjoyed a lovely meal in hotel bar/restaurant - we highly recommend trying the tacos! The location of the hotel was good for visiting the main areas and tourist sites.

Excellent location near transportation for easy access to all the sites and near all the neighborhoods you want to visit while in Mexico City. Breakfast was a great amenity and plentiful. Everyone working at the hotel was so nice.

Room was excellent: spacious, clean, new, and comfortable. Also reception service very friendly and attentive. Breakfast experience was the only downside of our stay: complicated and extra charges for even small things like milk. Beware that the area can be busy and noisy.

Do not stay in street facing units. Otherwise fine
We booked a balcony suite and got it… but BEWARE any room facing the street is facing a nightclub with blaring music till 5am and it was like the DJ was in our bed. At 3am, once we couldn’t handle it anymore, they moved us to the back of the hotel but not before telling me there was nothing they could do and no availability. It took me getting fairly upset for them to “discover” the other vacancy. That said, once we moved to back of the hotel, it was perfectly fine stay. We are a young couple but heads up for any elderly- there’s quite a few stairs before you reach the elevator.

The staff were very friendly and attentive to making sure we enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and nicely furnished as was the rest of the hotel. The best part of the hotel is the location being so close to lots of attractions in Mexico City

Renovated hotel, feels modern. The rooms are very spacious with ample closet space, clean bathrooms, and a comfy mattress. Even though you’re situated in a popular area, there’s no noise pollution if your room is in the inside of the building

The hotel was in a great location for us. The room and gym were well appointed. Staff provided excellent service. The room facing Amberes may be a bit loud for very sensitive sleepers, but at check in the front desk offered us ear plugs and/or to change rooms if it became a problem. However we didn’t have any issues.
