You are centrally located, and your property is clean. Also, most of your staff is cordial. The surrounding is safe, but we stayed at the Barcelo Reforma for six nights and all six days you had protests either walking by or originating next to your locality, but we all had to enter through the garage. Lastly, we know what a five-star hotel is and unfortunately you are not, a four-star either. You are very similar to a Hilton Embassy Suites, but they have much bigger, nicer rooms and they do not claim a 4-star rating. I do give you a spectacular front desk/reception area. Good breakfast and good restaurants. Other than that, the stay was good, not very good or wonderful.

This may have been a five star at some point in the past, but it was not a five star experience for us. If you decide to stay there, do not stay on the lower floors. The bar closes at 1 am and the action/noise lingers past that. Take your own body lotion and conditioner because they don’t even provide those basic/simple amenities. I will definitely not be staying here again.
