La politica de cambios o cancelaciones debe ser mas abierta para el usuario final, ya que no se me notifico de incumplimiento de servicios del Hotel y no se permitio cancelar, aun cuando no fue mi culpa el incumplimiento y la falta que tuvo el hotel. El hotelno se hizo responsable y no sabe dar seguimiento a esas incidencias, ni es abierto a beneficio de sus huespedes. No hay gerencia, direccion, responsable a cargo... Nunca se noto interes en ningun momento en mi estancia, de Nada en absoluto

We were stranded in Mexico City, because we missed our connecting flight in Mexico City. We found your hotel on the internet. The staff was fantastic. They could tell we were stressed and exhausted. The desk personnel answered all our questions and made sure we had what we needed. We ended up staying 2 nights, because we had trouble getting a flight out. We had such a good experience with this hotel that we will stay at a Barcelo hotel again. Thank you
