Areli made our check in very pleasant. We were tired and hungry she made our check in smooth. She has outstanding customer service. We love the hotel; however; the buffet was out of butter and jelly. Also, I was hoping to get squeeze orange juice and real chilaquiles… not make your own with dry chips and salsa on the side. All the staff was super friendly.
