Check in was a total mess, they had us change rooms 3 times before "upgrading" us to a suite. The room was cleaned only 1 time despite us staying 6 nights... it also was unbelievable how noisy it was at night. Will not be going back and would not recomend it.

I really enjoyed my stay, the staff went above and beyond for me. The restaurant they work with is good too to get a good meal in. Besides just needing a fan in the room, I still had good rest and woke up feeling refreshed.

Everything was good , just a parking space, the hotel doesn't have a private space for Parking, so i had to park on the sreeet, so of course i little concern about my car sence the hotel is not responsible for damages or theft, besides that like a said Everything was great..

The overall experience was disappointing. To begin with, there was no hot water for several days. Even though it was hot and humid in Mexico City, a hot shower should have been a basic expectation. The power outage made things worse by shutting down the elevator. Being stuck on the 5th floor, combined with the city’s altitude, was far from pleasant. The room lacked A/C, forcing us to sleep with the sliding door open. Unfortunately, people were smoking on the terrace and stomping above us until 1 a.m., which aggravated my allergies. We reported all of this to the staff, but nothing was done to address the issues.

Es un espacio híbrido entre Co-living y estancias cortas. Por lo que hay que saber que hay personas que viven aquí y las dinámicas pueden ser opuestas. Linda atmósfera, buen cuidado, buen servicio. Ideal para estancias de viaje de negocio en las que uno llega a bañar y descansar.

Bastante bueno pero dos problemas
El lugar es bueno, social, bastante bien cuidado, cómodo, con muchas amenidades y la localización está excelente, colonia segura. Pero, tuvimos dos problemas, unos vecinos estaban haciendo MUCHO ruido y se escucha TODO, entonces no queremos imaginarnos la molestia si lo visitamos un día que este a full, excelente si quieres socializar y desvelarte con amigos, pero no para dormir hahaha. Y el segundo problema es que no había agua caliente, por mi no me importó pero mi acompañante si estaba bastante molesto y no lo pudieron (o quisieron) resolver.
