I loved it. Everything was very clean and nice, the people were super friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. The lady who prepares it is very sweet. I would recommend it and would come back!

Como agente de viajes, no solo he hecho uso de este hotel por más de cuatro años, por lo menos dos o tres veces al año, el año pasado reservé ocho habitaciones para un evento en CDMX, es un hotel con muy buenas instalaciones, excelente ubicación, pero lo negativo de este hotel, es la administración, personas que a cualquier solicitud te dicen NO a todo y luego hacen lo que solicitaste, CERO atención al cliente, CERO amabilidad, CERO voluntad de cumplir con alguna solicitud o necesidad requerida. Esto hace que tu estadía sea miserable. Dos días sin papel higiénico!! Tuvimos que comprar nuestro propio papel, tres clientes que envíe en lo que va del año con las misma inconformidades, personal en rececpción sin educación y pésima actitud. Definitavemnte será la última vez para mí y para mis clientes. Hay mejores opciones nearby!

This property location is great walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. However, security safety wise. One night I got to the hotel at 12midnight and the doors were locked. Called the number that was provided and they did not pick up. I was knocking on the glass door for about 15 to 20 mins. And I even asked the security guard next door which was a lexus dealer to help me. After continously knocking on the glass door the security at this front desk finally woke up. Not an apology but more like annoyed he woke up. The front staff needs more training on how to communicate. Property itself was great and a safe neighborhood .

Good location. Helpful staff. Our shower clogged and made the whole bathroom flooded, but the staff was super quick to resolve the problem. Other than that everything was great.

Didn't receive any VIP upgrades. The room was only cleaned once during our 10 day stay. Towels were changed once. Bed was only made once. We had to request toilet paper twice. Breakfast was limited. They didn't even have hot coffee during their breakfast hours.

Great location. Very nice size room. Bed was very comfortable. Hand Towels looked old, but other than that we will come back to stay at this place. Anything you need, it is pretty much like a walking distance of this hotel.

Este Hotel me encantó! No tengo palabras para expresar lo satisfecho que quedamos mi esposo y yo con su buen servicio! Las muchachas de la recepción son amables y nos ayudaron en todo! La experiencia que calificó al máximo fue la señora que hace los desayunos en la cocina! Wow fantástico una atención súper personalizada para cada cliente! Esta señora te prepara tu desayuno al instante! Todo fresco limpio y con una atención que fue lo mejor que nos gustó! Mi esposo se sentía mal un día y ella cocinó algo a su gusto y con mucha dedicación esta señora se ganó mi admiración por su buen servicio! Sin lugar a duda un lugar que volvería a visitar súper recomendado! Y el Lugar súper bello limpio y seguro!
