Above and beyond.
The place is nice and room was great. Great coffee shop in the building and lots of common area including a rooftop deck. The manager was very accommodating as the listed amenities were inaccurate at the time, since resolved, and he went through all the hoops to make it right.

I was looking forward to staying at this modern looking place. I never received an email with a door code to my room as the place does not have staff or a front desk onsite. I arrived in the evening and had to contact hotels.com to request such codes to building and room info. The hotel finally responded saying I had not paid, that was incorrect. They finally responded 40 minutes later and never apologized for lack of communication before my trip. The room was ok, but did not have a comforter cover or a top sheet for the bed, I had to use a towel to cover myself. The room was clean, but the second day nobody went in to clean it. The light fixtures were broken and the some lightbulbs were out. I am not staying there ever again and I will not recommend this place.

No tienen clima y la atención por whatsapp y telefono no es buena, casi nunca contestan a situaciones. no mandan los codigos de acceso por correo y tampoco de la entrada principal, me quede 20 min afuera esperando respuesta.

Buenas instalaciones, buena ubicación. Estuve en la habitación número 2, está casi completamente cerrada y sin ventanas al exterior así que solicité un ventilador y me lo dieron el mismo día que llegue - muy amables y atentos al hacer esto, pero no debería tener que haber llegado a pedirlo considerando el calor que se está sintiendo en CDMX y sin ventanas, esa habitación debería tener al menos eso. El acceso a la casa y a la habitación es muy sencillo porque te mandan los accesos por mensaje antes de la hora de check in, pero la primera noche cambiaron la clave de acceso (lo supe porque llegué justo a la hora en que el personal estaba en la casa atendiendo otras cosas y me dejaron entrar), y el resto de los días la puerta de entrada no tuvo clave de acceso - cualquiera podía entrar y salir porque la puerta no se cerraba. Por lo demás, no tuve ningún tema con el lugar o las instalaciones. Si te gusta atención más tradicional al hospedarte en algún lugar, este lugar no es para ti. Recomendacion: en la entrada hay un café que tiene muy buen menú y muy buena atención.

Le bar en face de l’hébergement très bruyant. Fenêtres qui ne ferment pas sécuritairement tout comme les portes d’entrée - sentiment d’insécurité considéré notre chambre au rez de chaussée. Lit inconfortable. Chambre très petites. Pas d’eau chaude dans la douche.
