Above and beyond.

The place is nice and room was great. Great coffee shop in the building and lots of common area including a rooftop deck. The manager was very accommodating as the listed amenities were inaccurate at the time, since resolved, and he went through all the hoops to make it right.

I was looking forward to staying at this modern looking place. I never received an email with a door code to my room as the place does not have staff or a front desk onsite. I arrived in the evening and had to contact hotels.com to request such codes to building and room info. The hotel finally responded saying I had not paid, that was incorrect. They finally responded 40 minutes later and never apologized for lack of communication before my trip. The room was ok, but did not have a comforter cover or a top sheet for the bed, I had to use a towel to cover myself. The room was clean, but the second day nobody went in to clean it. The light fixtures were broken and the some lightbulbs were out. I am not staying there ever again and I will not recommend this place.

Está linda pero tiene detalles, como la limpieza al llegar a la habitación ,ya los demás días limpiaron muy bien. Tmb me tocó una recamara pegada a la oficina en común y me tocó un día en dónde inquilinos trabajaron de noche y no pude dormir porq escuchaba todas sus risas y pláticas

Lo único que no me gustó fue que no tuviera estacionamiento (aunque esto ya se sabía) sin embargo considero que sería bueno colocar opciones. Así mismo todo lo que pasa afuera y en los cuartos aledaños se escucha y no se puede dormir bien

Bonito pero terrible experiencia

La habitación de dos camas que nos asignaron fue realmente incómoda; a veces la conceptualización visual arquitectónica puede contrastar con la privacidad de los huéspedes, en nuestro caso, al ser una esquina de primer nivel y con dos muros de cristal, rodeados por las áreas comunes fue una experiencia de exposición brutal y de vulnerabilidad al estar a la vista de todos. Y esto fue comunicado tanto a la plataforma como al hotel el mismo día del check in y con fotos!

No hay personal con quien dirigirse para colchas, almohadas y este tipo de amenidades, en general la limpieza es promedio, mis colchas estaban manchadas de algo negro, si buscas un hospedaje cerca del WTC, esta excelente, si buscas algo más lujoso, no lo recomiendo, los cuartos son muy chicos.
