I reserved for a full week’s stay, but on the fourth night, my sister and I couldn't open the in-room safe, which held a large sum of money and our passports. In a panic, we tried to contact the front desk but got no response. After about 30 minutes, I finally reached someone and requested the safe be opened. It was unlocked manually, and all of our money was stolen. We had room cleaning at 1 PM, which was when a stranger entered our room. We contacted the manager, who accused us of misplacing our money, laughed at us, and showed no concern for our safety. We contacted police enforcement and the officer confirmed the intruder stole our money and told us to file a report in person. That night, we barricaded the doors and stayed awake, fearing the worst. The next day, the manger insisted only she or the code setter could open the safe. I told her she must have opened it and taken the money, and she threatened to call the police. My lawyer requested access to security footage, but the manager denied it, claiming it could only be accessed with a warrant. My sister spoke to the manager’s superior, but the superior dismissed the issue. I reached out to Expedia multiple times, but the front desk claimed they received no communication, despite showing me a call log with missed calls. A police report was filed. I strongly urge you to reconsider staying here for your safety.

Positive: Very conveniently located walking distance to metro station. Very spacious apartment like stay with everything you might need if you wanted to cook. Staff nice and attentive. Water pressure and filtered water were a plus. Negative: beds were rock hard, very noisy all day and night. I am a light sleeper, but was able to sleep in middle room with ear plugs and noise machine. Tried sleeping in rooms with windows and it was impossible. Walls are paper thin it feels like. No AC, we slept fine due to temps dropping to 40 f at night, but during the day it was a little hot. No tvs in any of the bedrooms. This would help drown out noise. Overall ok for price point and location.

Excellent experience for the staying. Since the first day arriving, the receiptionist Kayla greeted us very friendly, made us felt like arring home immediately. When we asked for the dinner place, she called another more experience girl and wrote down a list of a dozen nearby restaurants with the Vegan option we like. The second morning when we heading out, another girl is also very friendly, she not only suggested the best transportation options, but also give us her metro card, which still have 15 pesos left and told us we can share it. We purposely filled up more money and thought of return the metro card to her, but forgot to do so when checking out. Our apartment was very clean and equipped with more than what we needed kitchenware. Overall, we had very good experience and strongly recommends the property.

The deluxe apartment at Caliza Roma was perfect for our group of 7! Clean, spacious and well designed! Loved the open living and kitchen area so we could all be together y t. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Relatively central location which made getting around pretty easy. It can be a bit noisy particularly at night but there are earplugs available on request. Another g thing to note is that there is no air conditioning (I believe this is fairly common with).

Our stay at Caliza was fantastic! The apartment was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The receptionists were super friendly and went above and beyond by recommending dining options and nearby attractions. The location is perfect—just a short walk to excellent restaurants and convenient access to the metro and other transportation options. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area! 🌟

Still new smell in the suite, nice for 4 adults but maybe to small for 6 due to only one bathroom and no bathroom in lobby. Excellent neighborhood great food options nearby. Attentive hosts but treat this like an rbnb as they are very limited of what they can do if something is wrong. Will stay again

Great for a California Family of three!
Myself, my partner, and our two year old stayed in apartment 303, a family room. Great location and it was really nice to have the extra space and a kitchen and laundry machine. they also had a water filter. I requested a crib, which was high quality. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and I got a nice massage in the 2nd floor spa. They were very responsive on Whatsapp and everyone spoke English which was helpful since our Spanish is not very good. The only issue we had was street noise - it got really loud sometimes, so bring a sound machine if you are a light sleeper or have a baby.

We had an incredible time with our family during our stay. The place was very chic, clean and the staff very welcoming and helpful. Loved that there’s multiple convenience stores downstairs and dining puestos selling, tacos, tortas caldo de gallina as well. There’s a metro entrance directly behind the building, couldn’t be more perfect. We plan to stay here in the near future again, definitely recommend!
