Room 2160 is two floors above the lobby but my "view" was a brick wall a few feet from the window. I checked in at 2pm and my plans to enjoy the fine weather while working went out the window. Surely they should keep the "cave" rooms for people who arrive at dusk or later. Otherwise stay was fine.

This hotel has a great lobby with a nice bar and dining options and the staff is great. The issue here is that it seems the hotel owners are not putting money back into the rooms. The carpet is old an was dirty is some areas. The room we had had a foul odor coming from the restroom that smelled like sewer.

Clean but the ramps!
This was good spot for a one night stay due to my very late flight into Mexico City. Clean and comfortable, the only disturbing thing was the steep ramps to get in the main entrance and to the elevator in the North wing once inside. I struggled dragging my heavy suitcase, and couldn't imagine pushing a wheelchair up these ramps.

Check in could be improved. There was no line up at the front desk and my brother checked in while my husband and I waited behind him. This took over ten minutes and by then many people were waiting to check in. When my brother finally finished the front desk lady refused to check us in and told us to go wait in line. There was nothing to indicate we should line up and we had been waiting much longer than anyone else. It was a disappointing experience.
