Casa Cleo was amazing! The staff was very friendly and attentive. The room we got had a terrace and kitchen - it felt like home. Hotel was located in a very nice, safe neighborhood and very walkable with many restaurants around. Would highly recommend staying at Casa Cleo!

Casa Cleo proved to be an exceptional choice for my stay, with a standout feature being the impeccable service provided by the staff. Samara, the concierge, was incredibly knowledgeable and approachable, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. Additionally, the hotel's location in the picturesque La Condesa area, with its stunning Art Deco buildings, added to the overall charm and appeal of the stay, making it a place I would eagerly return to in the future.

Staying at Casa Cleo was a great experience. The staff were very warm, approachable, and hospitable. The property was beautiful as was the room. It was spacious, stylish, and extremely clean. This was such a great experience! The hotel was nice and quiet and VERY secure. Staff was amazing always greeting us with a smile. There are so many walkable restaurants and coffee shops near by and the staff was able to point us in the right direction when it came to finding food in the area. Love love love this place. Would recommend if you’re not trying to be in the middle of the city.
